Seasonal Hours

The MFSC staff is out in the field for most of the Spring & Summer seasons. Phone messages and email requests will be checked twice weekly during that timeframe.  You will not receive  a confirmation email or phone call until we process your request.

2022 - 2025 Brush and Chip Program

The MFSC is funded for the residential brushing & chipping, and chipping programs for compliance with PRC 4291.  PRC 4291 relates to fuel reduction in your 100' defensible space and ingress/egress.  The grant provides services only for inhabited residential homes and does not provide for any fuel reduction you maintain outside of your defensible space or for any business entities!  MFSC reserves the right to refuse service.

To request services click the Programs Tab. Please read the Guidelines prior to clicking the chipping form request button, complete the form and only hit send once.  You will not receive a confirmation email or follow up phone call until we process your request.

Our private contractor will contact you to schedule the service.  Services are done geographically, not in order of signing up.  Our contractor will get you serviced as quickly as possible in light of any current weather issues.  Thank you!

We no longer have grants for weed eating services.
